We would like to inform all our loyal readers and subscribers that as of Friday 1st May 2026, there will be an increase in the cover price of HeavyTorque, Bulk & Tipper and On Scene magazines.
Unfortunately, due to the increased cost of everything in the current climate, we have no option but to implement a price increase across our publications.
This isn’t a decision we’ve taken lightly. Over the years, we’ve seen increases across the board, from journalism costs, commissioning independent photography, our renowned high-quality print, and not forgetting distribution costs. For as long as possible, we’ve absorbed these costs, but unfortunately, it’s just not viable for us to do so anymore.
Since our first issue of HeavyTorque over ten years ago, the price of the magazines has remained constant at £5.95 per issue. However, as of 1st May, the individual cover price will rise to £7.95. An annual UK subscription will retail at £40, European £59, Rest of the World £89 and our digital-only subscription will become £28. Our production schedule will remain the same, with issues in January, April, July and October, and all back issues of the magazines will retain their cover price of £5.95.
Over the last ten years, our industry experts have delivered 94 issues, telling the stories of over 564 operators and manufacturers across the industry. We’ve published more than 25,000 pictures and written over 1,400,000 words!

This price increase will come into effect with issues, renewals and subscriptions purchased on or after Friday 1st May 2026. All purchases before this date will remain at the current prices.
